Pet Description:

6 year old neutered buff tabby. He was wearing a breakaway collar with Rabies tag and I.d. tag but they had my old phone number. He tends to pull his hair out when he's not been treated for fleas. He's very friendly and vocal. I think his ear had a notch in the end because he use to be indoor and outdoor.
