Charly is an 18 month old male neutered cat. He has medium length Orange and White fur and a fluffy tail lightly dyed with 3 blue stripes on the end. He had on a turquoise collar with a paw shaped tag with his name and my cell # on it. He also may have a little bit of fur missing from the top of his lip.
