Picasso is a one and a half year old pied show quality French Bulldog that was stolen and sold to an unsuspecting buyer. The thief did not have his AKC paperwork I do but he was not microchipped . He was extremely well behaved and excellent temperament and there's a reward for his return or information leading his return.
