Celeste is a small white dog about 10lbs or less. She has long off white - white hair. She has a very excited personality, meaning she'll constantly jump on people, and lick them. She barks at strangers and dogs, but only initially and then she'll shower you with love. She has big dark brown eyes, and when lays down on the floor she almost always pokes out or puts out one back leg, while laying on the other back leg.
