Pet Description:

Little guy found wandering the parking lot of Azteca and darting under moving cars. He was covered in pond scum and his pads are burned from the hot asphalt. He understands Sit / Lay Down, and seems to be fairly potty trained. We had him scanned for a microchip, but no luck. Looking for the owner or a new furever home.
