She is Lab/German Short Hair Mix, Bella is friendly, she was last spotted over near Walnut Ave, near the park heading towards Blaker She is black with an white patch on her chest looks similar to a Dalmatian on her front legs and chest. She is smart. Can sit, shake your hand, and give you a hug upon command. (least with us she does) wearing a red collar (but its faded and looks pink)
