We found this dog almost running into the traffic on Tiger Boulevard in Clemson South Carolina! We waited for about 10-15 minutes but no one came. There isn’t a residential neighborhood near by. He has a blue collar that has a bow on it, like a little gentleman. No name or number on the collar. He’s friendly but scared.
