**Potential sighting near Ozark Walk and Topanga Canyon Blvd (90290)**Max is a very mixed breed. Is almost 100% black with a distinctive beard that has some red in it. Tall, lanky, and was wearing a green and white plaid collar with his name and my contact info on it. He is chipped. He was a rescue so is easily spooked.
