Pet Description:

Charming is deer-faced Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher. He is black and tan with white on his face and underbelly. He is about 10 years old, but very energetic. He jumped out of our car at Walmart Supercenter on 2nd Street and ran in the store looking for me. People tried to catch him but he evaded capture and I have not seen him since.
