Black shock collar, toungue hangs out, she's small, I'm guessing she's maybe 15-20 pounds, we never weighed her and I'm not sure about how tall she is, but the picture should give a good idea. She's 9, has no teeth, and her toungue hangs out. She's scared of most people and will act mean, but couldn't hurt a fly.
