When Bowii went missing I actually felt stupid and worried that I was sending people on a wild goose-chase only for him to show up a little later, but as time went on I started to realize that he really was lost and I wasn’t being ridiculous.. I did absolutely everything that I possibly could from peoples suggestions. I went onto every site suggested and made up a flyer to get printed the next morning and before I went in for the night I put a few pieces of my clothing outside for him as some people suggested just in case he got turned around and needed a little help finding his way back home.. the next morning my roommate was up before me and when she opened the door he was right there, happy as ever to see her. He had a few stickers on him and a few cockleburs but other than that he was perfectly fine. It had gotten really cold over the night so I was pretty worried about him being out there alone, especially since we live in the country where we have coyotes and bobcats all around us. Thankful he wasn’t even cold and was just ready for his breakfast. I really the support systems set up to help people find their missing pets because when it happens you feel really lost and are trying not to think about what happens if you don’t them. Thank you to everyone who helped me, but hopefully I won’t ever have to do this again
