Pet Description:

Found this baby at dickens rv park. S/he has been following me and my pups when we went for walks the last 2 times. I’m not sure what type of dog it is, it’s got a spot (maybe mange?) on its forehead so I’m scared to let it get near my dogs. It’s brown and black, with a lighter spot on its chest. It’s really furry like a German shepherd. The dog is wearing what looks like a “makeshift” collar, thick red band with a piece of the band sticking out (looks like it had been chewed through)
