She is a shih tzu/Yorkie mix. She is 13 years old. Has arthritis in her back hips. And is semi blind in her eyes. She is my little old lady. There is a video of two ladies in a white suv picking her up right across the street from my house. It was four minutes after being let outside in the backyard. She wiggled herself under the fence. She is 4.7 lbs. please help me find her.
