Pet Description:

Large (about 18 lbs) male black tuxedo Ragamuffin with white paws, white patch on his chin and long white whiskers. He's chipped but not wearing his collar. He's an older cat, so very concerned about his well-being. He is very much loved and missed, so any leads are appreciated.
