He wouldn't go near the road I wouldn't think. We were staying In a rental and no cats allowed, I set him up real nice in the car for one night with his bed , water, potty, and food. Even a blanket. rolled windows down smidge for air.. Except one was too far and I didn't catch it .my baby my curious scary cat baby got out
