Pet Description:

Chunky black & white male cat. Doesn't have a voice. Friendly and knows his name is Blanco. Exploded off a patio and got out of his harness pulling his foster mom over and disappeared. Don't know if he was chasing something or maybe got a bee sting. Strange behavior for him.
