Pet Description:

I'm told this young cat is a Russian Blue. My neighbor has a renter/tenant in Parkland, WA that apparently trapped it (?!) in/around his yard. My neighbor then brought it to our home here in Lakewood, WA thinking we wanted a cat. We do not. We just want to help find its owner-- if it has one. Currently scared and hanging out in our basement (out of the trap).
