I rehomed my Yorkie. I have had him a week and didn’t know he was a runner. Was also told he was 1.5 and he ends up being roughly 4.5 years- NOT FIXED. If chipped, it probably won’t come up as me as the owner. I purchased him based out of Americus GA. I call him Champ. He is very skittish. If you forcefully approach, he will run.
