Pet Description:

8 month old blue heeler/aussie mix. Black spots with black and white speckles all over. Has a bright green collar on. Also has a black harness and retractable leash on. She got away when I car ran by and ripped the leash out of my hand. She is recovering from a surgery and is weak. Somewhat wary of people and is scared of loud noises.
