28 lb. Mutt went missing early Monday, 10/24, around 1am. New to the area, old pup that does not know the area. He is old and confused, cannot see or hear well. He is mostly white with dark spottings that are now more so grey than black. His name is champ and he was wearing his collar with our old home address on it.
