I was working on that street when he popped out from under palm tree leaves. I walked away, but he kept following me back and forth, afraid he’ll get hit as it was a busy street I decided to put him in my truck. He seems like an old and dirty cover in flees.Walked around and drove the blocks around where he was found m, but no luck.Went to the vet to get him scanned m, but only manufacture # came up so I called all of the companies listed m, but hit dead ends as I was told he was not registered.
