Pet Description:

Found dog: German Shepherd puppy on the bank of the Arroyo Seco pathway, close to the Hermon Dog Park entrance. (Note: Collar is new, puppy was found with no collar.) He appears well-fed/not-skinny and is very friendly and good with humans, so I’m hoping these are signs he has a current owner!
