LIVINGSTON - These dogs ?? are lost OR were dumped. They were running around on a busy FM road disoriented so I know they are not Street stray dogs. They are friendly, can be leashed and one had a collar. Please PM me of you are looking for them. I will be taking them to Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Polk County tomorrow. (NO KILL shelter)
