Thank good for Apps like these and pawboost.com and nextdoor. Lucky for me I was able to find my foster dog with in 24 hours. She got loose from my groomers, who lives on a 2nd floor. Cookie was just spooked about going up those stairs and she did not have the proper collar like a hardness to avoid this. Just glad she back home. Thank you @everyone.
