Alan and I were on our bike when we were hit by a car at an intersection. Luckily it was slow speed and neither of us were injured. But Alan panicked and ran! I spent all night and the next day walking all over town and putting up fliers. Thankfully, this evening someone found Alan hiding behind a middle school. My phone number is on his collar, so she was able to call me directly. I ran as fast as I could and blubbered like a baby when I saw his little ears peeking out from behind the wall! I am so grateful to an absolute angel of a woman named Sherry. I wish I had had the presence of mind to get her contact info so I could think her more thoroughly.
