Pet Description:

Small dark grey with royal blue collar. Collar has white fish pattern and a small bell. He is super sweet but also very shy. He had an infection in his throat when we adopted him and he does not vocalize sound. He is 1yr 11mo old but is small compared to most full-grown adult male cats and can be mistaken for a kitten.
