SEA-Bo is my Seizure Response Trained+ Service Dog. He was stolen from my person and brutally abducted in an ambush attack at the end of Summit & Howell at about 2:13AM, and my last sight of Him was 2:2XAM on Pike just past QFC on Broadway where I lost sight/trail in chase.-He has ice blue eyes-He is un-altered/NOT neutered, but CAN'T breed-He has a cowlike blue and white pattern.
