Ruby is an 11 year old rat terrier with cancer and limited cognitive ability. She escaped her yard earlier today and we are worried sick. She is taking medication for her condition. She walks with a limp, is lightly overweight, and a white tip on her docked tail. She gives really stinky kisses and loves everyone. She's a big goof, please notify me if you find her. She does have a microchip, but it is out of date. She lives off Ricker Rd. On the Westside of Jacksonville
