Tilly is a black, brown, and white foxhound just under a year old. She is running around with a leash rope attached to her because she broke away from her tether when she got spooked. She is wearing a silver chain collar with a rabies tag and tag with my cell number on it. She is shy and skittish but is very good motivated so will probably come to you if you offer good food.
