Pet Description:

Otis is about 11 months old. He doesn't have much white in his mix of orange to lighter colored fur but does have darker orange stripes. He was a more masculine shaped male tabby with clipped claws at one point in time. He's very lovable and friendly but was beginning to spray. He would escape through the front door into the neighborhood near us, most times we were able to find and catch him. This time we did not.
