Lucy is eight years old, black slick shiny fur with white patches on her chest neck in paws. She has gray on her snout. She does not act like she’s eight years old she is full of energy! Unlike her to wander off. Lost during the storms on February 22. She is afraid of storms and may have gotten lost in disoriented. She is messed! Please help!
