Lily is a 15yr old female jack russell terrierCompletely white with a small faded amber eye patch on her right eye. Her tail is short, only about 2-3 inches long with a little scar at the end from being cut wrong as a puppy. She cannot hear and she has difficulty seeing details. She does have an ID chip.
