This pup was seen being thrown out a car window. NO MICROCHIP. She was wearing a collar and a harness, which were so tight.. the collar had caused an open wound on her neck from being too tight. She was found full of fleas & ticks and very dirty & matted. She is also pregnant. I will require proof of ownership if this is your dog.
