NO COLLAR, NO TAG, NO CHIP IMPLANT, NO ONE TO CALL. WE took the pet home. He appears to have an eye infection, he is mild tempered, has curly brown hair and a mostly cream colored body. He is very gentle and did not show any hostility toward our other dogs or cat. He is heavy, well fed and very vocal. He is whining as we speak.
