Pet Description:

My mom saw this dog. It was a medium sized young German Shepherd, about one year or younger. All tan except some brown on its muzzle. Appeared to have fled someone or something. And VERY skinny. She said it seemed abused. It ran from a tall apartment building on Hull Street like, even past the Jr High school on Lincoln ??. No collar, leash on it
