mixed breed, looks to be a golden retriever-pit bull mix. not neutered, super gentle, well behaved and trained, however fearful of other dogs, gentle with humans. definitely seems like a lost pet, he had on a silver chain collar, with a black and green leash that seemed to be chewed through. he also had what looked to be a seatbelt as a collar, but no tag or name.
